As you create a meeting invitation you are able to see whether others are free or busy, but you aren't able to see any other information about their schedule (such as the meeting title, who is invited, or where it's taking place) unless the other person has chosen to share their calendar with you.

Outlook 2011 For Mac Smart Folders
We recommend that you upgrade to Outlook 2016 for Mac, part of Office 2016 for Mac, which is free for faculty, staff, and students.
But if someone has chosen to share their calendar with you, you'll be able to look at the items in more detail. Depending on the level of access they've granted you, you may also be able to modify items.
To view another person's shared calendar, complete the following steps. Once you've done this, you'll see their calendar listed under My Calendars in the section of your Navigation Pane every time you use Outlook.
- From the menu, select , then select .
- In the small dialog box, first select from the Type drop-down list.
- For User, type all or part of the person's name (or their NetID).
- Click . If you don't get the name exactly right, the Exchange server will try to find the mailbox you're looking for. Check to make sure it's the right one, or click on the right one. Then click .
- Quit Outlook. Even though you'll already see the person's name listed in the Navigation Pane, don't be fooled. You must quit and restart before things will work properly. Trust us.
- Restart Outlook.
In the Navigation Pane you should now see an additional calendar with the person's name.
